Welcome to bali19. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and bali19 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any services provided by bali19, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bali19 operates a mandatory KYC policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to:

• Provide proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) upon request.

• Accept that your Account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until KYC verification is successfully completed.

2.4 Prohibited Accounts

The following individuals are prohibited from creating or maintaining an Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from bali19 or any other gambling platform.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity (nominee accounts are prohibited).
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of bali19 staff.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000.
• Maximum deposit amount per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• bali19 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
• You may not deposit funds that originate from illegal sources or that violate any applicable anti-money laundering laws.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 100.000.000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts (typically under 5 minutes during business hours).
• First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your KYC-verified identity.
• bali19 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if your Account is under investigation for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Certain bonuses, promotions, and free bets issued by bali19 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. You agree to:

• Read and comply with all bonus-specific terms and conditions published on the Platform.
• Complete the stated wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x bonus amount) before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Accept that bonus funds are forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements.
• Accept that bali19 may void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

4.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on bali19 are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and the stake has been deducted from your Account balance, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• Odds and betting lines displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice until the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, bali19 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain bet types and will be stated in the specific game or market rules.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body or league.
• If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules vary by sport and are published in the Platform's sports betting rules.
• Live (in-play) betting odds and markets are updated in real time. Bets placed after a significant event (e.g., a goal) but before the odds are adjusted may be voided at bali19's discretion.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the bet is recalculated at reduced odds.

4.3 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term theoretical payout rates.

• Syndicate or coordinated betting: Operating multiple accounts or colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or structuring bets solely to meet wagering requirements without risk.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information that affects the outcome of an event.
• Use of automated software or bots: Employing scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or manipulate the Platform.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

5.1 Suspension by bali19

bali19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited betting practices.
• Your Account is flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

In the event of Account closure due to breach of Terms, bali19 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, winnings, or bonuses.

5.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

bali19 is committed to responsible gambling. If you wish to take a break from betting or believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options include:

• Temporary exclusion: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent exclusion: Indefinite closure of your Account with no option for reinstatement.

5.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure:

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• System downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions in service.
• Errors in odds, pricing, or bet settlement.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Third-party actions, including payment provider failures or delays.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, bali19's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in your Account jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

bali19 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via email or Platform notification.
• Provide a reasonable notice period (typically 7-14 days) before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
